Acquiring the Competitive Edge (ACE)

ACE stands for 'Acquiring the Competitive Edge' and as a critical part of the our Programme, is a multi-faceted "programme within a programme" if you will. It was previously known as the "Businesses Getting Results" (BGR) programme.

ACE is a new kind of business club in which members meet monthly to work on a different issue or strategy. We review and discuss the ideas outlined and look at how they can be implemented in your business.

As a participant in the ACE workshop, you will have opportunity to see how the tools can be applied to your circumstance and will, should you wish to, be provided with a practical application of those tools to try between then and the next workshop.

In addition, you will get to meet and mingle with others who are like -minded and are willing to help one another achieve your business and personal goals, much like a Chamber of Commerce, but one with an emphasis on a practical education process.

As a business person this 'Chamber of Commerce' has been created especially for you. Here, you'll discover some new ideas for your venture. But the most important thing you'll discover is a new type of accountant that can truly help you grow your business.

You will have access to 75 stand-alone business building topics to draw on, and should you require special assistance with any particular topic, we would be pleased to provide a workshop on a one-to-one basis.
